This past December 6, 2018 Acapulco Restaurant celebrated its 12th year anniversary. It's been 12 years of proudly serving the Galesburg community and surrounding areas! As owner of the restaurant for the last 7 years, I have much to be thankful for and many more to thank. Because without the tremendous support I have received Acapulco wouldn't be here today. Thank you to my parents, Victor & Maria Santoyo for the opportunity, Thank you to all our customers for the love & support, Thank you to my staff for their hard work & dedication, & Thank you to the Galesburg community for the opportunity to serve this area!
